About Louisiana's First Choice Auto Auction
In August 2002 Louisiana's First Choice Auto Auction began their business relationship with Capital One Auto Finance and Consumer Portfolio Service (CPS). They have added several other remarketers over the years including ARI, Emkay, Hancock Bank, Santander, and Credit Acceptance Corporation VRS.
Their steady growth prompted a major construction project in 2012 which added 3,000 sq. ft. of office space and an additional 2 acres of paved land. LAFCAA simulcast every consigned vehicle giving their customers the option of buying/selling in lane or online. And they continue to sell for their customers after the live auction ends via Auction Pipeline/Auction Edge, OVE and Openlane. No one in the industry works harder than their sales team to make the sale. They are on NAAA member auction and hold memberships in several state independent auto dealer associations including Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. We use several state-of-the-art industry solutions to serve their customers including AutoIMS inventory management system, Auction Access dealer database program, and Auction Pipeline/Auction Edge.
