Oklahoma Design Explained
As a full-service Oklahoma web design studio, myheartcreative loves working on everything from graphics to photography and media projects. Of the many creative relationships we have developed over the years, Balance Women’s Health has been one of our favorites. Their projects have included web, print, billboards, and video. The video for this outstanding medical practice was a joy to do because we believe in the work that the medical staff does for women’s physical and mental health.
We began working on this project by holding a discovery meeting to determine what the video needed to communicate and how. From here we developed our creative concept, which included:
- Creating storyboards
- Establishing the tone and message
- Creating the script
- Choosing the music
Of course, our team made revisions along the way. We shot the video for Balance Women’s Health at two different locations. Additionally, different Balance employees read the script for the voice overs. We then edited them together, so that each team member who participated could represent their brand with their own voice.
Versatile and Long-lasting
When all was said and done, we provided two different cuts of the video to Balance, and they made their final decision. They began by using the video on their Facebook and eventually chose to advertise with it, airing the piece as a commercial on different local stations. The practice now has two different locations, and their video still plays on the homepage of the Balance Women’s Health website.
The versatility of this video was established from the beginning. We worked together to create something timeless and straightforward that shared the brand in a new way. Keeping in mind that the video would be used in multiple mediums guided every decision we made.
