Our team is passionate about supporting local artists.

myheartcreative started as a blog in 2010 and has grown into a full-service design studio. As a team, our mission is to support, discuss, and participate in creative expression – which inspired us to begin hosting local artists in 2017!

Featured artists display their pieces in our design studio for 3 months at a time. By filling our space with one-of-a-kind pieces, we hope to inspire our team and clients creatively while promoting and supporting local art and the artists themselves.

myheartcreative does not take any commission from pieces sold through our studio.

What to expect as our featured artist:

Installation day. Bring your pieces to our studio, along with an inventory list, pricing, and any business cards you would like to share. You and our Creative Director will choose the best places to display your works in our studio.

Photoshoot. We will organize a time to take photos of you with your pieces. If you prefer, we can also take photos of the pieces alone. You will receive a link to the images after your three-month period as our featured artist is complete.

De-installation day. You will return to our studio to collect your pieces, review the inventory list, and confirm that everything has been removed.

We will promote your artworks through:

One featured blog post. We will write a blog to promote you and your artworks on our website. The blog text can be revised, but photos are chosen at our discretion.

Social media shoutouts. We will feature your pieces on image-based posts, recorded videos, and/or live videos on myheartcreative’s Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and/or X accounts.

In-person exposure. Your pieces will be seen by everyone who visits our design studio, including current clients, potential clients, and myheartcreative team members. If someone is interested in your pieces, we will put them in contact with you to discuss making a purchase.

Featuring your art in our studio.

You can display your artwork throughout the myheartcreative studio; this includes our Reception Room, Front Office, Conference Room, Dev Room, and Kitchen.

You can also display pieces in the Building Lobby. Please note that you will need to sign a separate release.

Release of Liability Agreement:

"Agreement”

WHEREAS, the undersigned Artist desires to display his/her Art within myheartcreative studio located at 6656 N.W. 39th Expressway, Suite 105, Bethany OK 73008, in an effort to generate notoriety and interest in his/her work; AND

WHEREAS, myheartcreative agrees to allow artist to display his or her Art within the studio to promote Art with any and all myheartcreative clients and guests, subject to the following terms and conditions.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereafter set forth and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged by the parties hereto, it is agreed as follows:

1. Artist’s Personal Property:

All personal property (“Art”) installed or placed upon or in the studio by Artist shall remain the property of the Artist, and Artist shall have the right to remove the same upon demand of studio owners.

2. Location of Art:

Owner reserves the right to direct where Art can be displayed within the studio and can restrict Art from being displayed in any location at its sole and complete discretion.

3. Damage to Art:

All of Artist’s Art of any kind which may be on or about the studio shall be at the sole risk of the Artist, and myheartcreative shall have no liability to the Artist for any loss or damage thereto regardless of how such loss or damage occurred even if that loss or damage can be attributed to the negligence of the studio.

4. Insurance:

Artist has been advised by myheartcreative that myheartcreative's all perils and liability insurance, which covers the studio and its fixed improvements does not provide any coverage to Artist or his/her Art. Artist acknowledges that it has been advised by myheartcreative to seek insurance coverage for his/her guests, invitees and Art while it is being displayed in the studio.

5. Hold Harmless:

Artist hereby agrees to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify myheartcreative from and against any and all liabilities of whatsoever kind, damages, judgments, claims, suits, actions, or causes of action, including attorney fees, interest, court costs, and expenses for any damages to property or injury to or death of any persons arising out of, or related to, Artist’s violation of or failure to comply with any covenant, term, or condition of this Agreement, or which may in anyway result from, grow out of, or arise in connection with any condition existing in the studio, common area parking, Artist’s business, or Artist’s use of the Building, or as a result of any act, action, or omission of Artist’s and/or myheartcreative's agents, employees, clients, visitors, invitees or guest.

6. Nudity:

We have a diverse clientele, which requires the art we show to be as sensitive as possible. Human figures (nudity) or controversial pieces should be avoided.

7. Marketing Release:

When you display your art, you consent and agree that myheartcreative may use your art and biographical information on social media and other promotions. Artist may share myheartcreative social media posts for self-promotion.

8. Cost:

Artist agrees to bring a price and inventory list for all work. myheartcreative will mark and sell pieces according to the price listed. Should a piece sell, Artist is expected to keep the item in the studio until the date of removal or replace it with another similar work.

9. Universal Release:

Artist hereby releases myheartcreative of and from any and all liability of whatsoever kind arising out of the use or access to said studio, common area parking, or Artist’s use of said Building.

10. Attorney Fees:

In the event any action is filed regarding this Agreement, the unsuccessful party in such action shall pay to the successful party, in addition to all the sums that either party may be adjudged to pay, reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, and such other expenses incurred by the successful party in such lawsuit.

11. Joint Venture:

Nothing herein contained shall be construed so as to constitute a joint venture between myheartcreative and Artist.

12. Agent:

Nothing herein shall constitute either party to this Agreement as the agent of the other.

13. Severability:

If any clause or provision of this Agreement is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under any present or future law, the remainder of this Agreement will not be affected thereby. It is the intention of the parties that if any such provision is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, there will be added in lieu thereof a provision as similar in terms to such provision as is possible and be legal, valid and enforceable.

14. Applicable Law:

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. If the litigation, dispute, or action arises with respect to the Agreement, it will be instituted in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

TERMINABLE AT-WILL: THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE TERMINATED BY EITHER PARTY AT ANY TIME. UPON TERMINATION, ARTIST SHALL HAVE FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS TO REMOVE HIS/HER ART FROM THE STUDIO. THIS TERMINATION RIGHT IS RECIPROCAL AND DOES NOT INFRINGE ON THE BARGAINED-FOR CONSIDERATION EVIDENCED AND STIPULATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
