Chalk Treasures

My daughter got to play a sport this year! She played soccer in a YMCA league and really had a blast. I loved seeing her do something new, something where she learned to navigate the art of teamwork, and stretch herself physically.

I think one of my favorite highlights from her soccer season was the day we arrived for a game and Kate found some fun chalk art. She knows how much I enjoy all things creative so we bonded over her find. It was fun to see her searching, discovering, and sharing these little chalk treasures with me and her new soccer friends.

We’re not sure who the artist was that created the work, but we thank them for the visual highlight and boost to our energy right before the game!
