Looking Back on a Year of Web Design OKC

Dec 23, 2019 | Studio Updates

Since this year marked our fifth anniversary, we wanted to make it special, which is why our motto for 2019 has been Level Up. We made great strides, both personally and professionally. Here are just a few ways we have been moving forward as a company and a team.

Online Marketing OKC

On the CMS front, we expanded our use of WordPress. The flexibility of the plugins provides clients who require greater functionality more options and allows us to create robust websites.

Is WordPress Right for You?

We are also adding other content management systems to our options, ensuring that each client has the functionality they need. Welcome, Elemental Editor and Shopify!

Photographer OKC

This year, we extended our photography to include family and wedding photos thanks to the addition of our amazing Media Artist, Morgan.

Amy shows Morgan a photo idea on her phone while holding a notebook. Morgan holds her camera and smiles. Both are standing in front of a white photoshoot backdrop.

Take a look at a few highlights:

A bride and groom look into each other's eyes on their wedding day.

A couple sit on the steps and smile for a photo. The man holds his black and white spotted dog by the collar.

A family of six smile for a group photo in an outdoor garden area.

A mom wearing a shark costume smiles at her baby wearing a small shark costume. They are at a pumpkin patch, and the moon shines brightly behind them.

A mom and dad hold their newborn baby.

A dad holds his toddler and points to animals at the zoo while the mom watches holding a baby girl.

A bride holds up her bouquet while sitting in a velvet chair outside of a wedding venue.

The creative team took our videos to the next level. Just look at some of our recent projects.

Client Party

Our annual Client Appreciation Party was our way to say thank you to everyone who gives us the opportunity to put our creativity to good work. Although it was cold that night, we enjoyed:

  • Live music from Edgar Cruz
  • Massages
  • Food
  • Drinks
  • Prizes

A myheartcreative client poses with his arms crossed as confetti is thrown on him at the client party.

The myheartcreative conference room is turned into a food table. There is a colorful floral arrangement in the middle, with a variety of snacks surrounding it.

Live for Five

Of course, we had to celebrate myheartcreative’s birthday with our Live for Five party. Online Pictionary with our clients was fun, but who could ever forget Sam’s celebratory dance for the occasion?

We know that we won’t.

Getting Fit

Part of leveling up this year included our health initiative. Thanks to the example of Sam and Amy, every full-time team member actively participates at a gym. We are working towards our fitness goals, and it isn’t even time for New Year’s resolutions yet.

We Are Not Finished

We all grew in ways that we didn’t expect over the past year while leveling up and finding ways to serve our clients better. As the new year approaches, we have plans in the works to ensure that we continue to live up to our values and carry on providing unmatched service. If you are interested in growing with us in 2020, please contact us. We are ready.
